Boss Models is proudly the country's most recognised agency brand with offices in three South African cities. The Agency is home to some of the industry's most exciting debuts. Boss Models are actively involved in Scouting & development of models in collaboration with Reflekt Model Management in various areas of South Africa.

NAMA - National Association of Model Agencies

Over the past 40 years the aims and objectives of the Association have been clear; to ensure that transparent, highly ethical business standards are maintained by the Association and our Members, vigilant in our relationships with Government, Organizations and Clients alike and to strengthen and expand our existing relationships with all parties that form part of the Industry. The education of our Members on the laws, rules, regulations and terms and conditions that govern our Industry, have also been of paramount importance.

Elizabeth Galloway Academy of Fashion

EG offers nationally accredited courses that provide learners with an opportunity to develop practical, vocational, creative and commercial skills. We aim to equip individuals with the skills and practical experience they require to handle the entire creative process of fashion - from concept to consumer. The EG Team has partnered with Reflekt Development Division in the Garden Route Area to identify talented individuals in aim to offer career path guidance and an introduction to the Fashion Industry training programme.
